The 11-Inch Dovetail Bar from Celestron is an ideal tool for mounting an optical to tube or attaching accessories to the top of the optical tube. Having an extra dovetail bar is also beneficial because it allows you to attach your telescope’s tube rings to its own dovetail bar.  It’s also simple to use a different telescope for the same mount; you just slide the bar into the mount’s clamp and tighten it.  To add to its benefits, the Dovetail bar pairs perfectly with the Celestron C11 Optical Tube and is also compatible with Celestron CGE Pro and Celestron CGEM Mounts.
