These pads are engineered with Sorbothane, the industry leader for absorbing shock, dampening noise, and managing jolts or shock. There is no other synthetic rubber or polymer on the marker that can dissipate energy as effectively as Sorbothane. These pads will reduce vibration time by almost 100% while also decreasing vibration amplitude. Simply fit the pads in between the bottom of the tripod legs and the ground.
