This tripod’s key feature is its choice of four leg angle positions which maximize shooting creativity. Its rapid center column adds flexibility and extends the min-max height range. A new rubber legwarmer guarantees a comfortable grip and maximum ergonomics.

Manfrotto 496 Center Ball Head

The tripod is fitted out with Manfrotto’s Advanced 494 aluminum center ball head, a small but powerful and intuitive head that allows quick and precise camera movement. The 494 Center ball head features three independent controls: the main knob, an integrated friction control knob, and an independent panoramic knob. The main knob is for managing the sphere lock.

The integrated friction control knob will adjust the ball tension so that equipment weight is always perfectly balanced and the shots are framed effortlessly. Lastly, the independent panoramic knob keeps the horizon flat and moves the camera horizontally, enabling astonishing landscape shots.
