The Infuser Espresso Machine (BES840CBXL) from Breville lets you make espressos that have a well-balanced flavor and does this by using steady, low pressure to gently extract all of the grinds from the coffee puck. Unlike machines that start using bursts of high pressure, this approach helps to even out the extraction process by filling in any existing irregularities in the coffee puck including cracks and gaps. Optimal flavor extraction is the key to a delicious cup of espresso. 

Setting itself apart from competing brands, The Infuser Espresso Machine features pre-infusion technology, the thermocoil heating system, and PID temperature control technology. Built into the machine are both automatic and manual features such as temperature settings and volumetric control. To simplify the cleanup process, an embedded feature removes excess water from the filter basket so the grounds form a dry puck once the coffee extraction process is complete. Conveniently located on the top of the machine is a cup warmer and you can brew your espresso right into travel mugs thank to the extra-tall cup clearance. The "Empty Me!" feature of the Infuser Espresso Machine lets you know when the removable drip tray is full and the "Clean Me" alert tells you when it's due for a cleaning. The Infuser is equipped with energy saving features to go into "Sleep Mode" after 1 hour and automatically shut off after 3 hours.
