Canon's EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens is a powerful wide-angle to telephoto zoom specifically designed for use with Canon EOS cameras with an APS-C sensor.  It offers a 35mm equivalent focal range of 29-216mm.  This lens is an ideal everyday choice, thanks to its compact size, light weight and versatile set of applications.  The optical design of this lens features 16 elements in 12 groups, including on Ultra Low Dispersion glass element in order to combat chromatic aberrations.  It is capable of a 74.2° to 11.3° angle of view which is wide enough to capture tight interior shots while still long enough to fully represent distant objects.  Its internal focusing system delivers a 1.5' minimum focusing distance.  The optical image stabilization contributes up to 4-stops of compensation when working in challenging low0light conditions. This lens accepts 67mm filters. 

OPTICAL IMAGER STABILIZER (IS)
