With a full 5 inches of aperture, the 5SE reveals details in even the faintest celestial objects. The 5SE Telescope provides a focal length of 1250mm and a focal ratio of f/10 to give you incredibly long reach. NexStar Computer System

This is a computerized telescope equipped with the on-board NexStar computer system. That system includes a library preloaded with 40,000 objects. A corresponding GPS system that quickly and accurately finds any of those objects after just a few button presses. The computer system is preprogrammed with SkyTours so that you don't have to manually readjust the telescope for every celestial object you look at. Motorized Tripod Mount

The aluminum tripod mount of the 5SE Telescope offers automated movement, working with the scope to align with any object in the onboard computer system. The tripod has a camera control feature so that you can remotely take a series of timed exposures with your DSLR camera. The tripod also features a built-in wedge for help with short-exposure astrophotography.
