The SkySync GPS automatically collects all necessary data and presto, your time spent mounting your telescope is shortened and you can get right to stargazing.
Features
Add GPS to your Celestron computerized telescope and get time, date, and location downloads from orbiting Global Positioning Satellites. This 16-channel GPS module plugs into your telescope’s hand control or the auxiliary (AUX) port on your drive base and then mounts to a tripod leg to stay safely out of the way with included straps.
Automatic
SkySync improves your mounting time by automatically updating your date, time, longitude and latitude which improves the speed and accuracy of your alignments. You can now turn on the SkySync GPS and allow for it to do all the dirty work while you get to sit back and relax under the stars.
Compability
The GPS is compatible for all of Celestrons' non-GPS computerized telescopes giving you a quick and easy way to enjoy the stars.
