The Dean Mako acoustic-electric guitar is Dave Mustaine’s signature guitar. Dave uses his Mako in the studio for layering and texturing tracks and features it on the intro to "The Hardest Part of Letting Go." Mako Guitar features a shark gill-shaped soundhole with shark's teeth pearl inlays that provides plenty of projection. The sharp Florentine cutaway on the mahogany body with flame maple top promotes upper fretboard shredding. The Acoustic-Electric Guitar comes with a Fishman Isys+ preamp with a built-in tuner that ensures the only chords you play are intentional. It also features an ebony fingerboard, black NuBone nut and saddle, and Grover tuners.
