Versatile Paper Handling

This scanner offers fast scan speeds of up to 65 ppm/130 ipm; single-pass duplex scanning. Its 100-page Automatic Document Feeder handles even the biggest jobs; offers a peak daily duty cycle of up to 7,000 sheets. This scanner also offers easy and intuitive scanning using the color LCD display and convenient buttons that offer easy access to user-defined jobs, settings, modes and maintenance. Additionally, the scanner has advanced paper feed technology that includes a Slow Speed Mode for delicate sheets as well as Double-feed Detection and Paper Protection prevent misfeeds. It has the capability of scanning mixed stacks of business and ID cards, single sheets, long documents, and folded pages up to 11 x 17 inches (carrier sheet required for folded oversized pages, sold separately).

Powerful Software with OCR 

The powerful software with OCR uses the included Epson Document Capture software to create searchable PDFs, or scan to online storage accounts like Evernote, SharePoint and Google Drive. For expanded versatility, you can choose from the optional Network Interface Unit to share the scanner across a network or optional Flatbed Dock to connect to a compatible Epson photo scanner for scanning photos, passports, or bound materials (both sold separately). Additionally, this scanner is compatible with Windows and Mac operating systems.
