Return an Item
We hope you had a pleasant shopping experience.
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, our flexible 30-day return policy makes it easy to get a full refund.
All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the following requirements:
Products must be returned with all the original manufacturer’s packaging and box contents, undamaged and unmarked. This includes box inserts, accessories, and warranty card.
UPC codes must not be cut from the packaging.
All products must be mailed inside an outer box/container and adequately protected from damage during transit.
No return will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the box.
Once the item is returned to us and passes inspection, you will receive an email notification that your return has been processed. Any refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 days for a refund to show in your account or on your credit card. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Focus Camera reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that does not comply with the information found in this return policy.
All free gifts must be returned with the main item. In the event that these free gifts are not returned, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: a 15% restocking fee will apply if your item is not returned in its original packaging. If your return is on an item valued at $35 or less you will also be required to pay return shipping fees, and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that an item is refused at delivery, you will still be liable to pay shipping fees.
We understand that every gift can't be perfect. Shop with the comfort of our courteous holiday Extended Return Policy. Items purchased from 11/1/2022 - 12/25/2022 can be returned until 1/31/2023. All other return conditions still apply.
*Note: all returned items must reach us by 1/31/2023 to be considered for our policy.
Is your item damaged?
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the damage.
What cannot be returned?
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
The following items are nonreturnable and cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:
Personal items (earphones, harmonicas, recorders)
Discontinued products, used gear, and replacement parts
Turntable cartridges, styli, and control vinyl
A purchase with a UPC code cut off the package
Software and authorization keys
Gift cards (both physical and electronic)

What happens if there is a pricing or website listing error?
While we strive to ensure complete accuracy on our website, errors do sometimes occur. If the price of a product (or products) is higher than what was displayed, we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. For other website errors, we reserve the right to cancel your order on a case-by-case basis as needed. You will always receive a cancellation notification.
