Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for the money This PC is so much better then my old Pavilion. Solid state drive plus 2TB hard drive. Be careful when downloading software, windows likes to put in the solid state drive C and it eats up space on the solid state drive fast. Download to D. Only problem I wish I could have gotten it with a Blu-ray drive, couldn't upgrade. HP Support not too helpful. Bought one online and installed it. Now it's Great

Much, much faster - 128GB SSD drive is awesome. Very quiet. Windows 10 installed flawlessly in a configuration suitable for a non-touch screen. Wish it retained the old style round video plug.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Fans For Life Our last six desktop computers were all HP's, so we've been fans of HP for quite some time. Love, love, love the HP ENVY Desktop - 750-524! We've only had it about a month, but so far we're very impressed. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world, but I know an easy set up when I see one. We were up and running in no time. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good product, poor choice of components I had to upgrade this desktop immediately upon arrival. The performance itself is very good, I just don't understand the choice of components that HP makes. Why HP offers only 128GB SSD but not 256GB SSD? The difference in price between these two components is very little. Second, I immediately had to install sound card in it because I needed optical audio out and there was no optical out by default. Third, why is there no USB 3.0 front ports? And why do I need USB-C on a desktop? Otherwise, it's an excellent comp, really fast and no problems.
