Introducing Monoprice Select Plus Portable Charger for Universal/Smartphones, a 10,400mAh Power Bank. This Power Bank has the ability to charge your phone wherever you are, so you will never have to worry about finding an outlet on your trip to the park, or when you're out for a night in the city. You can relax knowing your phone is fully charged and ready to use whenever you need it.

Effortless​

The Power Bank features a micro USB port and a standard USB port allowing you to charge your devices with ease. All you do is plug the Power Bank into your computer or a USB wall outlet via the included micro-B cable, and the Power Bank begins charging itself. An easy to read LED status indicator shows the charge level at a glance and indicates when the Power Bank is charging and how much charge it has left. A built-in LED flashlight provides emergency illumination when needed. The Power Bank is fast charging. It recharges in 5 hours, giving your cell phone hours of battery life.

Compatibility

The Power Bank is compatible with most devices utilizing a standard USB port for charging. Charge your iPhone or Samsung Galaxy S 3 to 4 times or add emergency power to your mobile device. The Monoprice Power Bank has the fastest possible charge time for your iPhone, iPad or Android devices with a 10,400mAh battery capacity.

Each port charges your device at full speed, just like your home charger. There are no buttons to push--simply plug in your device and the Power Bank starts charging. Once you're finished, the Power Bank shuts down automatically.

Overcurrent Protection

Built-in overcurrent protection prevents any device from accepting any more current than it can handle, keeping your valuable devices safe.

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Over-rated for both charging rate and charge capacity I tested this with USB charging test equipment for charging rate and charge capacity. In summary, although the device is advertised to charge two devices at ‘high-speed’, total charging current is limited to 2.5 amps across the two ports (1.25 amps per port). High speed charging is commonly considered to be 2.1 to 2.4 amps (or higher). While this power bank can charge one device at high speed, it can only charge two devices at a slower speed. For capacity, I compared this device to the Monoprice 20,000 mAhr version and a 22,000 RAVPower power bank. It fell short, only provided 12% more charge than the 20,000 Monoprice power bank (36% more should have been provided). This device provided a total charge of only 2% more than the 22,000 RAVPower unit. I estimate this power bank’s actual capacity is only 22,500 mAhr.

Although they still worked, this new 8,000 mAH battery charges faster (using the 2.1A output on all 3 batteries). Still had at least 3 lights on out 4 in terms of remaining power after charging my iPhone 7. Having this battery when traveling will be great. Highly recommend

The problem I had was with the USB ports. The USB ports were too delicate if you use the powerbank on the go and prone to failure. I own many power banks from different brands, such as Anker, Aukey which seemed to be higher quality.

If there was a viral Pandemic and I found it in an abandoned warehouse would I pick it up to keep. Most definite. Is it better than the lone Wolf T-Shirt on Amazon, Tough choice, but given the viral Pandemic. I would choose the power bank

I have other power banks, but I got this because I thought it would be able to charge my phone faster. I know it should be able to charge my phone’s battery completely a couple times...but that’s not happening. Going back to using my other one I guess.
