Returns
Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage.

This bag is amazing quality and so versatile!I've had this bag for a couple of years now. I've used it for tech gear, camera gear, travel, and a long workday in the city. It feels comfortable to carry, it looks amazing and I love how rugged and tough the quality feels. I've taken it on flights as a carry on even with the extended compartment opened. Highly recommend for a large sized bag with a lot of uses. Nomatic makes a beautiful bag. So much so that I then purchased the roller luggage and laptop case.

Best Bag, Best Company!Have had the bag for roughly a year and it has exceeded every expectation I had. Great for travel, all weather, and tough as nails. I had an issue with a zipper and the bag was replaced, no questions asked. If you're looking for an intuitive bag build for extreme use, look no further. With the amazing build quality, backed by that warranty, you can't go wrong. All I can say is that this will be the last bag I ever own.

Quality, thoughtful design, just magnificent[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 35 L McKinnon camera backpack is a wonder of design and engineering. I love it so much I ordered the 25 L as a carry-on for the airplane. This backpack would be your primary travel bag in replacement for a roll a board. Too big as your extra item but that’s where the 25 L will complement it, depending on my travel. This bag will become your best friend, wonderful. These pictures are my son using the backpack slide through for a full size umbrella. So many ways to use this magnificent bag. Drone, cameras, gear, even the water bottle holder.

A SUPERB backpack for a mirrorless kit with many functional design features!The Nomatic 35L is a robust, well-made backpack that can accommodate a host of photographic equipment, for example, a NIkkor 180-600 f/5.6-6.3 super telephoto zoom, 24-120 f/4, 14-30 f/4, with room to spare for another lens, 2 mirrorless bodies, plus myriad accessories, including wall charger, filters, batteries, and other small items. The side access panel worked great for a Nikon Z7 with Nikkor 14-30 mounted lens. The water-repellent exterior is quite robust, and the straps are very comfortable. Most importantly, the straps include load-lifters to adjust when fully loaded. The waistband is removable, which wasn't needed with my particular configuration. I also appreciated the many handles, which make transport effortless. The adjustable interior with the sturdy velcro inserts works nicely, permitting excellent customization. The "waterproof" zippers are smooth, keeping your gear secure and dry. I also like how the bag can stand vertically on its own! Many bags don't have that ability. The deep front access pocket is great for convenience as well. Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend the Nomatic 35L Camera Pack for the adventurous photographer!

Good, definitely not great[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The backpack is fine - it is functional, well built, and fits my gear. What was disappointing is has weak the straps are. For such an expensive backpack it truly does not support the wearer, and leaves a lot to be desired. Additionally, it is sad that they don't have as much storage options included in the bag for smaller items. Once you fill it up you realize there isn't anywhere to put SD cards, filters, cords, and other miscellaneous items. nothing wrong, but it just isn't as functional as a professional would really like.

New media journalist/Travel writer/ StudentI take this bag everywhere. I use it as my daily bag because as a journalist I need to have all my gear with me for a new story I be writing. It holds everything I need, iPad 12”, MacBook 16”, clothes for work and a lunch bag, along with camera gear. I ride a OneWheel 4.4 miles one way with it in my back and it’s comfortable and even though heavy not a problem carrying it.

The fact it has a dedicated space for the 7-21L cube pack makes it all the better. The ladders are easy for the lenses and bodies, and the zippered compartments make for ease as well. Could be a great bag.I got this bag for the size and the amount of gear that I thought it could hold. The issue I encountered is that the bag isn't very deep, so having a gripped camera body like the 1DX MK III and R3 had to be laid flat, which cost me space for gear that had to be left behind. This bag is for non-gripped mirrorless cameras. I still would recommend but understand that it's going to take some maneuvering to get some gear in at the cost of space.

Wasnt sure at first but now....I was very hesitant on this purchase just because of the size run. I thought this was too big but after a day or two of owning I'm very pleased with this purchase. I will be traveling with my gear every quarter and on the occasion to sponsor events with my gear. This will be amazing for travel but then I thought about what about the time not spent traveling, now I have this huge bag.... nope I realized you can fill space quickly. I just picked up a drone and let's just say with the size down it would start to get smooshed quickly with all the other equipment I have. The material and features of this bag are insane (magnets, zipper pouches everywhere! laptop storage, clothes storage, the velcro is TOUGH and it feels nice). Every time I am public with the bag I receive compliments, never fails. I purchased the Battery Case along with the Rain protection cover. Only reason I jumped on to add my review is because I'm now about to purchase the Cube Pack 21L since the very top portion its a perfect fit AND if its a day I don't need all my gear its a quick swap to downsize if needed. Between the two sizes you cant go wrong with either to be honest. This fits my needs, it may just fit yours.

Everything I Ever Needed And Then Some[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my bag and took it on a photography trip to Colorado loaded up. Thankfully the airline didn’t enforce the 30lb limit because this thing with my setup pictured + MacBook Pro hiding was SERIOUSLY HEAVY easily pushing 50+lbs not even extended or any clothes in it. This is an amazing bag and perfect to use for 3 day trips but it’s super super heavy. Maybe there’s a way nomadic can come up with accessory wheels for it?
Definitely need to get the 25L bag for local gigs

The perfect bag[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fits everything! I was blown away by the capacity and quality of this backpack as well as the thoroughly thought out design. It fits all of my camera gear and is obviously perfectly tailor made to accommodate the Peter McKinnon accessory bag and foldable backpack. I like things to be organized as you can see and since this is a bigger backpack I don’t plan on using it for the everyday hike since it does get quite heavy. However, I do love that they implemented not only a solid waist and chest strap for support but also shoulder straps which help you set the backpack higher on your back (a design the Army uses for rucking long distances) so I could see myself taking it on long hikes if I so wish. The MOLLE gear (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) attachments in the front make it perfect for attaching carabiners if you want to add additional accessories like a water bottle. Luckily, this backpack contains a bottle/tripod holder and it is wide enough to hold my large 40oz bottle. It barely squeezed my 17” laptop into the back side zipper and I’m curious how that will do in the future but I’m really happy it fit. The only thing I would recommend is to make that pocket slightly bigger and have a locking system for the exterior zipper that holds keys/wallets and other valuables. Luckily, this can be remedied with a carabiner as you see pictured. Overall, an amazing backpack and totally worth the price.

Everything I wanted in a camera bag!This bag is sweet. It has weather resistant material on the outside and plenty of dividers on the inside for customization. The straps are comfortable for hauling a big load.
