Peak Design 15L Everyday Backpack Zip (Ash)

A visually and functionally simpler version of the iconic Everyday Backpack, the Everyday Backpack Zip's ultra-clean aesthetic makes it ideal for discreet urban everyday or photo carry. Accessible on the top and sides via a single weatherproof 270-degree ultra-durable #8 zip. 2 internal FlexFold dividers keep gear organized, protected, and not bunched at the bottom of your bag. Dedicated sleeves for up to 15-inch laptop, tablet, or documents, plus a variety of internal slip pockets for small items. 100% recycled 400D weatherproof shell keeps everything safe. Expandable side pockets for water bottles or tripods. Integrated luggage carry pass-through. 2 stowable cinch straps let you carry more externally. All-custom hardware, minimal dangling straps.

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

Such a great bag After much deliberation bought the 30L one as wanted it to fit on flights as hand luggage (which even with most European ones that are usually quite strict it does - so long as you don’t have other luggage hanging off you too!) The right amount of pockets and partícula liked the not stupidly deep top pocket, which eliminates all grovelling around elbow deep to find a small item. Unlike a few that mentioned would like a separate laptop compartment without having to go into main zip - I found this really good, as extra security for starters, but you only have to undo the main zip a tad and then reach down into the easy-hand-access padded compartment where you keep it, so I don’t really see the need to have yet another zip on the outside for this. This also allows when you’ve the main back open in hotel room etc to just have bag lid propped up against wall and the laptop sleeve is super easy to get to! I think it’s really obvious that (unlike seemingly many brands that think everyone loves she’d loads of pockets to forget where the heck you put your book or your undies, PD have actually based this design on what the average normal person does and needs whilst travelling - and on top of that they’ve considered a bag that ticks numerous boxes to keep everyone happy whether they’re a clean freak like me who likes the wipe down fabric, and who wants a quick grab and quick access (I use 2 small PD compression travel packing cubes and 1 medium in pack and can go away for a week - 10 days no problem) and something that will suit both a smart weekend away or a week or so fairly off grid and do the job well. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy carry on flight luggage for short trips I bought this recently, and I already did 2 short trips (each one - 2 nights) to Amsterdam and Budapest. Easy carry on luggage for Ryan air and Easy jet. But I feel it is a bit overpriced. I have another backpack from other company/brand which has more features and priced less.

PD put a lot of near features such as magnetic closure on pockets and theft proof zippers. I can fit 3 medium lenses and my camera with plenty of room to spare. This bag also pairs great with the PD capture clip.

Light weight, good quality, cool design and lots of functional storage spaces. I believe 30l is enough for a trip within 4-5 days. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For everyday and short photo sessions I’ve bought the everyday zip 15L and the everyday 30L. Great feeling, amazing quality, the zippers are amazing and it’s very robust. Everything inside is well protected. I love them. The 30L is way larger, of course and is just a great general feeling. Not coming for cheap, but it’s a nice purchase. Great for photography with those side accesses and for everyday usage. They’re very realiable bags. And they also respect the environment, which is important to me.

Fits 16" laptop, camera, etc I've had this bag for a few years now, and just got it replaced for free due a faulty stitching that came apart (I wouldn't have even bothered if I hadn't been in the store and they said they could swap it out). Overall I love this bag, it's just a wee bit heavy on its own (about 3 lbs) if you're trying to travel light.
