Peak Design Capture Camera Clip v3 (Black)

The Peak Design Capture Camera Clip v3 is the most secure, convenient, accessible way to carry your camera, period. Unlike a camera strap, Capture keeps your camera rigidly stable while hiking, biking, or moving around the studio. Unlike a camera bag, Capture keeps your camera instantly accessible with the click of a button. It Includes 2 components: a metal clip that clamps to any backpack strap, belt, or bag, and an Arca tripod-compatible plate that screws into the bottom of your camera. Your camera locks into the clip, where it is held rigidly and securely. Press the lockable quick-release button to remove it. Holds well over 200 lbs. (90kg), making it strong enough for the heaviest of pro camera/lens combinations.

Holds Any Camera

Take your camera out of Capture and put it directly into your Arca-type tripod with the included standard plate quick-release plate.

All-metal Built

The Capture Camera Clip v3 is designed with an aluminum alloy chassis, backplate, quick-release button, and stainless steel locking pin.

Clamps to Any Strap

The Capture Camera Clip v3 connects to any strap up to 6.4 cm (2.5-inch) wide and 2.2cm (0.88-inch) thick.

Tripod Compatible

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Quality I bought this about 6 months ago to bring my camera backpacking and absolutely loved it. Attached to my pack’s shoulder strap and the clip performed well over 35 miles of rigorous hiking. Even with a larger lens, it was stable the entire time and so smooth to unclip which was very important to me when I’d have <5 seconds to get a shot off when encountering wildlife. This is easily one of the best purchases I’ve made in years!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well made product Solid product. Easy to connect to most backpack straps and you get a couple different screw options depending on thickness of your bag strap. My bags strap is very thick and wide and it still fit around it. On con is there is some awkward pressure if the camera is really heavy. I have a Canon A-1 with a zoom lens so the weight isn’t ideal.

This is the best product and it's the lightest and unobtrusive plate for the camera on the market. It's fully compatible with all the Arca Swiss fixtures around.
