Peavey Wireless Assisted Listening System (75.9 MHz)
The Peavey Wireless Assisted Listening System consists of one RF transmitter, four pocket-sized RF receivers, and four standard ear bud earphones. The compact RF transmitter is designed to operate within 72-76 MHz frequency band designated for auditory assistance frequencies by the FCC. The single-channel portable wireless receivers are pre-tuned to operate on Peavey Wireless Assisted Listening System 75.9 MHz frequency. The system offers a wireless operating range of up to 300 feet (line-of-sight). It is suitable for a variety of applications, including meeting rooms, houses of worship, live shows, and more. You can also use it for in-ear audio monitoring applications during recording or live performances.
Perfect Personal Listening Assistance
Unlike infrared listening systems, you can use this Assisted Listening System indoors or outdoors – wherever you like without compromising the audio performance! It is perfectly designed to provide high-quality hearing assistance to any number of audience members, without their seating restrictions.
How Does the System Work?
The transmitter easily connects an existing sound system’s or PA system’s line out and broadcasts the audio as an FM radio signal to the receiver. You can also connect the transmitter to a microphone for a direct audio feed. On the other hand, each receiver unit with adjustable volume control provides personal hearing assistance through the included earphones. You can also expand the system by adding more receiver units to the transmitter.
