DJI Mavic 3 100W Battery Charging Hub

When connected to a designated charger, the DJI Mavic 3 100W Battery Charging Hub can expand the charging interface to three. The battery charging hub enhances efficiency by charging batteries in sequence according to their remaining power level, with more fully-charged batteries receiving power first. When connected to a 65W portable charger or car charger, DJI Mavic 3 Battery Charging Hub (100W) can charge up to three batteries in sequence.

Special Return Policy for DJI

DJI Return Conditions: To align with supplier policies and ensure customer satisfaction, Focus Camera has a specific return policy for DJI drones, emphasizing product quality and customer service.

All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the following requirements:

  1. Unopened Goods - 14-Day Return: DJI drones must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of purchase with the original shrink wrap intact. Products returned in this condition will be accepted and restocked as new.
  2. Opened but Unused - Up to 15% Restocking Fee*: If a DJI drone is opened but not used, returns may be considered, subject to up to a 15% restocking fee. The fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product.
  3. Used Drones - Up to 30% Restocking Fee*: For used DJI drones, returns may be considered with up to a 30% restocking fee, depending on the product's condition upon return.
  4. DJI Support for Customers: Customers are encouraged to create an account and request support directly from DJI for any drone-related issues, which can include concerns about suspected defects or other problems with the product. DJI Support
  5. Documentation and Dispute Resolution: Returns will be documented with images for accountability. In case of disputes we reserve the right to escalate for resolution.
