After completing the form, we will email you at our earliest convenience once we receive your gear.  For nationwide participants, this follow-up will be accompanied by a shipping label so that you can send out your old equipment. 

Once we've evaluated the camera or lens we will notify you how much bonus credit you've earned toward the trade-in upgrade promotion purchase.  After, you may select any camera or lens within the "trade in, trade up" offer, and the credit will be added to your purchase. 

If you decide not to proceed with the trade, no worries! We send your gear right back at no cost.
