Return Policy

At Focus Camera we’re all about making life hassle-free, so most items (see “What Can Be Returned?” below) may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Find your order here
  2. Select the item you’d like to return
  3. Click on RETURN in the right-hand corner
  4. Complete the form and press SUBMIT
  5. If you choose to use Focus Camera's shipping label, print the label attached to the email you receive
  6. Pack your item in its original manufacturer’s packaging and place it in an outer shipping box
  7. Securely affix your shipping label to your package

All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the following requirements:

  1. Products must be returned with all the original manufacturer’s packaging and box contents, undamaged and unmarked. This includes box inserts, accessories, and warranty card.
  2. UPC codes must not be cut from the packaging.
  3. All products must be mailed inside an outer box/container and adequately protected from damage during transit.
  4. No return will be accepted without an RMA number on the outside of the box.

Once the item is returned to us and passes inspection, you will receive an email notification that your return has been processed. Any refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 days for a refund to show in your account or on your credit card.

Items must be returned in like-new condition. Focus Camera reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that does not comply with the information found in this return policy.

All free gifts must be returned with the main item. In the event that these free gifts are not returned, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: a 15% restocking fee will apply if your item is not returned in its original packaging. If your return is on an item valued at $35 or less you will also be required to pay return shipping fees, and the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In the event that an item is refused at delivery, you will still be liable to pay shipping fees.

Holiday Returns

Any items purchased between October 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31.

Is Your Item Damaged?

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact cs@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

What Cannot Be Returned?

All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned.

The following items are nonreturnable and cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened:

  • Shaving equipment & personal care products (due to NY Health Dept. regulations)
  • Printers, once toner has been installed
  • Air conditioners
  • Interactive whiteboards
  • A purchase with a UPC code cut off the package
  • Gift cards (both physical and electronic)

Televisions with a screen size 37” and larger cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. We recommend that you carefully inspect the product upon delivery for any damage. Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported after that time will not be accepted for replacement or refund. If the television is refused at the time of delivery, you will be liable for return shipping fees and Focus Camera reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning a cellphone, laptop, tablet, or desktop computer, please make sure that all data has been removed and you have reset the device's password and settings to 'as new'. Failure to do so may delay your return.

While we strive to ensure complete accuracy on our website, errors do sometimes occur. If the price of a product (or products) is higher than what was displayed, we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. For other website errors, we reserve the right to cancel your order on a case-by-case basis as needed. You will always receive a cancellation notification.
