Basic Returns Information
Returned or exchanged products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
If your package was damaged while in transit, Please refused the package and notify Focus Camera immediately.
In the event that a damaged claim is filed on your behalf please keep all packaging so that the carrier can pick it up for inspection.
All returns are subject inspection. If the item has been opened, and is no longer in its original mint condition a restocking fees might be applied. There can be up to a 15% restocking fee.
When returning your package please pack all returned merchandise in an outer shipping carton, this will insure a safe return to us.

Note: The returns window starts after a successful delivery of product to the address provided on order . There is a 30 day return/exchange program.
If there is Buyers remorse the customer is responsible for all shipping fees that Focus Camera has incurred to ship your package to you. The cost will be deducted from refund amount.
Any defective or damaged items the purchuser must contact Customer Service for a return label and or a shipping claim. Customer Service may need addtional informtion.
All refunds are issued within 3-5 days of the item being returned to us. Please allow 7-10 days for the return to reflect with your banking institute
Holiday Return Policy:
Items shipped by focuscamera.com between November 15, 2015 and December 31, 2015, may be returned until January 31, 2016, for a full refund, subject to our other listed return guidelines.

A Return Authorization approval number does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.
No returns are accepted without an RMA # on the outside of the box
Any and all shipping fees that Focus Camera has incurred to ship you’re your package to you will be deducted.
For each of the following categories, All sales are final. None of these items will be accepted for either return or exchange. If defective, customer must return them to the manufacturer or authorized repair center for replacement or repair.
Following items cannot be returned once opened
Software, Film, Paper, DVDs, Bulbs, flash tubes, Batteries, Ink cartridges, Notebooks, Netbooks, Tablets, iPads and Desktop Computers, Memory cards, any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack".

Printers cannot be returned
Vacuum cleaners and all Floor Care products
Underwater equipment cannot be returned once it has been used in water
Cell phones and smart phones TV Return Policy

Audio and video products (AV), including home, portable and mobile stereos, players, speakers, components etc.
TV’s up to and including 47” sealed in the original manufacturer box never opened, may be returned. (We recommend applying insurance on shipment),
A larger than 47" cannot be returned. In the unlikely event a TV is defective the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. A broken or damaged outer box is a first sign that your TV may have been damaged in transit. Open the box immediately and inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately to report the damage and file a claim.
Please allow 7-10 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. Focus Camera reserves the right to refuse return, refund and/or charge a restocking fee for any product that doesn’t comply with the above mentioned requirements.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.
Site Listing Errors
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of site listings. Despite our efforts, site listing errors may still occur. If an item is listed in eror and ordered. We reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of the cancelation.
Focuscamera.com reserves the right to limit gift card purchases, the quantity purchased of any single item, cancel and refund orders.

Free Gift Card will only be added to orders with any item price in cart is equal to or greater than $50.00
Free giftcards valued at $10.00 can only be redeemed on orders above $49.99

Focus Camera accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account.
Please provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer.
Alternate shipping addresses: If shipping address differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to have your credit card issuer create an "Alternate Shipping Address" for your account, authorizing purchases to a destination other than your billing address. Not doing can delay verification and order processing.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
We offer same day shipping.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise will ship out immediately.
Fridays: 2-Day and Overnight Next Business Day Air orders normally ship if placed by 11:00AM.
SHIPPING TO SPECIFIC LOCALES
Anywhere outside the USA: We are neither responsible for, nor able to pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred from this return will be passed on to the customer.
Canadian Customers - Please be advised
• All orders, including exchanges and returns shipped will incur any and all duties, taxes and brokerage fees applicable at your end.
• No alternate methods of shipping are available to avoid this. By submitting your order, you agree to these terms, conditions and all associated fees. Please do not request specific shipping methods as we cannot honor this request. Duties are imposed by the receiving country, independent of our Company. We are not responsible and have no way of knowing what the duty charge will be.
• Brokerage fees are imposed and collected by the shipping carrier and once shipped, you will be required to forward this brokerage fee directly that carrier.
• Order submissions for export are not binding upon us and we reserve the right to refuse delivery. In addition, certain product lines may not be exported.
• Please allow a minimum of 14-21 days for deliveries to Canada.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories: Ground shipping is not available; only Air shipping options apply.
Appropriate state & local sales tax is added to total for New York and New Jersey.
Postal Boxes, APO/FPO: Shipping must be via US Postal Service. Our server informs you if Postal Service is necessary, based on either your zip code, or address info, along with the applicable shipping charges, prior to accepting submission. Postal shipments do not go out daily, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Allow at least 2 weeks.
