I'd been searching for a Sony ZV-E10 for a few weeks, including bidding for one on Ebay. These cameras have been hard to get because of a production pause. When I saw one available at Focus Camera through Amazon, I called the store immediately. Gianna at Focus was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure a smooth purchase and delivery process. I received it few days later. Thanks to Gianna and Focus. Great work.

Rescued from Amazon on my Birthday

I made the mistake of ordering a microphone for my Birthday from Amazon. It had an unusually long delivery window, about two weeks, but it would be here on time. The day before it was due to arrive (its last delivery window day), Amazon said it would be two MORE weeks, so I canceled. I ordered from Focus the same day and at the same price, it was in Montana in 48 hours. Next time I'll check Focus before Amazon.
