The Sigma 28mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens offers best in class performance for the wide-angle prime lens enthusiast, just like you. A classic angle of view, the 28mm lens offers a traditional focal length with amazingly superior results. As a part of the Sigma Art line of lenses, the Sigma 28mm f/1.4 DG HSM was built from the highest quality materials and optical technologies. The high-speed AF, thanks to the HSM with an updated algorithm, captures instantaneous photography movement. With a water and oil repellant coating, this Sigma lens was meant to last through even the most challenging shooting conditions.
Superior Construction
The Sigma 28mm lens incorporates two FLD (“F” Low Dispersion) glass elements and three SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass element to provide excellent correction of distortion and chromatic aberration. The Art Line lens effectively arranges three aspherical lenses, including a large-diameter aspherical lens to give you correction magnification aberration commonly found in other wide-angle lenses. When used with a camera with an ASP-C sensor, the lens provides an equivalent focal length of 44.8mm.
Intuitive Design
The water and oil repellant coating on the 28mm lens combines with a dust and splashproof structure to ensure excellent performance no matter where the journey takes you. A specialized electromagnetic aperture mechanism provides greater exposure control stability for superior continuous shooting rates. A Super Multi-Layer Coating was applied to the optical lenses in order to effectively eliminate lens flare and ghosting. With the spectacularly bright f/1.4 maximum aperture, the wide-angle prime 28mm lens is excellent for use in low-light conditions and gives you far greater control over the focus position.

Powered by an integrated Hyper Sonic Motor, the Sigma 28mm Lens provides faster and quieter autofocusing than ever before. Complemented by a cutting-edge AF algorithm that has been optimized to produce a smoother focusing performance, the HSM is elevating the abilities of this amazing Sigma lens. With the HSM you can use full-time manual focus control with the aid of the dedicated focusing ring.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
