The FJ80 II features an integrated 2.4 GHz transceiver that adds to its versatility. The proprietary hot shoe mount makes it compatible with most Sony cameras. Take control of FJ400 and FJ200 strobes, FJ-XR receivers, off-camera FJ80 speedlights from the hot shoe. Mount it off-camera to use it as a client speedlight. This Westcott speedlight flash provides accurate color temperature stability at 5500K (plus minus 200K) across its entire 9-stop output range in flash increments of either 0.1 or 1.0 stops, so you can achieve color-consistent images throughout the entire shoot alongside matching color temperature across the entire FJ Flash Series. The FJ80 II speedlight offers unmatched wireless communication in crowded locations, making it ideal for use in events and weddings. Take control of up to 16 groups across 31 separate channels up to a range of 328 feet (100m). The energy range is displayed in whole numbers or fractions.

The Westcott FJ80 II features an intuitive full-color LCD touchscreen display. It has manual and TTL Flash Modes, High-Speed Sync (HSS) up to 1 per 8000s, plus Front and Rear Curtain Sync. Make the most of the Continuous Capture feature that lets you capture up to 20 FPS, TTL to Manual Equivalent, modeling lamp settings, and more.  If that’s not all, the speedlight even features Automatic Memory Recall, group and channel assignment, and Group Exposure Compensation. Using the onboard USB-C data port,you can keep your FJ80 II up-to-date.

The Westcott FJ80 II delivers over 500 full-power flashes per charge and has a fast recycle time of 0.05 to 1.5 seconds. It has a removable 11.1V, 1600mAh lithium polymer battery that takes just about 2 hours to reach full charge. The self-monitoring heat protection feature allows the speedlight to deliver fast shooting and safe operation during long shoot days. The energy-efficient LED modeling lamp features auto-adjust and independent output control for added convenience.

The speedlight can be tilted, rotated, and mounted. It provides 360-degree horizontal and 90-degree vertical pivot ranges. You can mount the FJ80 II off-camera using the cold shoe or even use its built-in 1/4 inch-20 female thread. A shoe stand equipped with a 1/4 inch-20 female thread is included for mounting it to most light stands without the need for additional hardware.
