Measuring only 204mm long, SMOOTH-Q2 is almost equivalent to a sunglass case that you can throw into your handbag. The aluminum-built miniaturized body is crafted for maximum solidity. Coated with soft silicone, the handle is comfortable in your hand.

The SMOOTH-Q2 comes with a phone holder, to attach to the gimbal, a wrist strap to secure it to your wrist during use and a USB Type-C cable for charging.

Easy Setup

The SMOOTH-Q2 gimbal from Zhiyun is easy to set up. Attach the included phone holder to the base plate of the stabilizer and tighten the latch to lock it in. Be sure to extend the phone holder and place the phone inside before turning the stabilizer on. All-day Battery Life and Charging

SMOOTH-Q2 is equipped with 21700 Li-ion battery, that provides you up to 17 hours of battery life (with normal filming conditions). When using SMOOTH-Q2 for the first time, please fully charge the batteries to activate them and to ensure the proper function of the stabilizer. You can easily do this with the provided USB Type-C cable. It also has a micro-USB port that allows it to work as a power bank to charge your cellphone

Versatile Pro Modes

SMOOTH-Q2 integrates Vortex Mode and Full-Range POV Mode, giving video makers the freedom to create 360-degree barrel shots in all dimensions. Single click or double click the joystick to switch between modes.

Pan Following Mode (PF): Phone camera pans left/right following the movement of the stabilizer handle while the tilt and roll axis motors are locked. Push the joystick up/down to control the tilt axis.
Locking Mode (L): The three motors are all locked and the phone is fixed at a certain angle. Push the joystick up/down and left/right to control the tilt axis and pan axis.
Following Mode (F): The camera pans and tilts following the movement of the stabilizer. Push the joystick left/right to control the roll axis
Point of View Mode (POV): The three motors all follow the movement of the stabilizer handle.
Vortex Mode (V): The tilt axis rotates 90° and revolves following the movement of the stabilizer handle. Push the joystick left/right to control the pan axis.
