DJI Zenmuse X9-8K Gimbal Camera

The DJI Zenmuse X9 features dual native ISO, with the X9-8K’s default being EI 320/1600. Activating Dynamic Range Expansion allows the X9-8K to extend its ISO support to EI 800/4000, while the X9-6K supports EI 800/5000. This capability ensures the recording of images with remarkable detail and minimal noise, making it ideal for capturing scenes like evening cityscapes, beaches, or dimly lit candlelit environments.
Unique System
DJI Cinema Color Science (DCCS) is an integrated system that includes the CineCore image processing platform, the DCCS color engine, D-Gamut color space, and the D-Log curve. Developed through DJI's extensive imaging expertise over the years, this system is crafted to unleash the complete capabilities of both professional aerial and ground imaging equipment. It provides creators with ample space for creativity, faithfully reproducing the vibrant and diverse colors perceived by the human eye. Furthermore, the X9 is compatible with the industry-standard ACES workflow, ensuring seamless integration with the color systems of other cinema cameras.

Special Return Policy for DJI

DJI Return Conditions: To align with supplier policies and ensure customer satisfaction, Focus Camera has a specific return policy for DJI drones, emphasizing product quality and customer service.

All returns are subject to inspection and must meet the following requirements:

  1. Unopened Goods - 14-Day Return: DJI drones must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of purchase with the original shrink wrap intact. Products returned in this condition will be accepted and restocked as new.
  2. Opened but Unused - Up to 15% Restocking Fee*: If a DJI drone is opened but not used, returns may be considered, subject to up to a 15% restocking fee. The fee will be assessed based on the condition of the product.
  3. Used Drones - Up to 30% Restocking Fee*: For used DJI drones, returns may be considered with up to a 30% restocking fee, depending on the product's condition upon return.
  4. DJI Support for Customers: Customers are encouraged to create an account and request support directly from DJI for any drone-related issues, which can include concerns about suspected defects or other problems with the product. DJI Support
  5. Documentation and Dispute Resolution: Returns will be documented with images for accountability. In case of disputes we reserve the right to escalate for resolution.
