Great minds…think alike? Test your compatibility with you and your friends by using the “Go with your instinct” Mode in the Match Test and wait for the printer to print your compatibility score up to 100 on your photo. If you’re more of a quiz sort of gang, answer the questions and print out the results on a picture of you and your BFF.

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage.

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you purchased within 30 days and order what you’d like instead. 
If you ordered a kit, you must return all components and accessories to receive a full refund. 
If you ordered a product that included a free item, you must include the free item with your return. If not, your return will not be accepted and you will not receive a full refund. 
We currently only offer camera repairs at our Brooklyn store. The item must be dropped off and collected in person as we do not accept shipped items for repair. For more information, please call our Brooklyn store on 1.718.431.7900.

This is the new kind of that! My kids thought it was so fun to be able to print a picture straight from my phone! The app was easy to use, and printing out the photo was easy! I only wish the film wasn’t so expensive- but it’s worth it to have a few fun pics!

The lights on it when you turn it on are cute too. I absolutely love the app! It is super user friendly and allows you to do so much cool stuff! You can add stickers, text, graphics, everything and place it exactly how you want it to be on the pictures. It also let's you adjust the pictures you use by rotation, coloring, filters, ect. I have already gone through almost an entire box of film and can't wait to get more! It's so nice being able to print pictures directly from your phone, because usually mine never make it to be printed! The collage options on the app are awesome as well. The quality of the pictures is pretty good too. I really like the throw back look the Polaroid sheets give my pictures. This is a great little printer!

We went on a vacation over the weekend and she was so much more involved in what we were doing because she wanted to take pictures of everything and print them out right away. I think this type of technology is great in a time where a lot of technology consumes our young people but this product brings them back to us. She's even going to make a little scrapbook from our vacation.

It was a little challenging on finding the correct app and using some of the features. However it does print out great pictures quickly, you can even add a border or other embellishments to your pictures. They are the perfect size to put in your car, waller or hang on your mirror.

I hadn’t even heard of these until recently, but I’ve really enjoyed using mine so far. I love that I don’t have to take it places if I don’t want to, because it just prints any picture right from my cell phone. It is incredibly easy to set up/use once you download the app, and there are LOTS of different options for filters, stickers, emoji’s, writing, etc. even more amazing, you can use the printer itself to write out words in neon onto your picture! I haven’t even figured out everything it can do thus far, and I’m already highly impressed with it!

It prints perfect photos every time and I love that it only takes 90 seconds to develop your image. It's got a lot of cool features to where you can have easy and continuous high speed printing, enhance quality photos, you have motion control, you can switch modes and even zoom into your photo with movement of the printer. There's also an app that you download on your smartphone it does frames to your photos, print photos from your videos. You can print a QR code on your image to view your video with your smartphone. It has a lot of cool features!

You can add emojis, text filters, everything that you do on social media. So if you’re familiar with that then it is really easy to transition using this app. Kind of reminds me of those sticker photo booths I used to do in middle school, so it brought back good memories! I really liked the collage function. I don’t want to download another app for making collages (which sometimes has a watermark) so this is perfect. Although this time you can take as long as you want to edit and you don’t have a time limit! The instax quality is just what you have come to expect from the company.

I haven't used all the features of this tiny printer but I'm so happy with it and can't wait to use it at all of our outings with friends and family!

You have to use Instax film to print, of course, and you can only load them in 10 prints at a time, just like an Instax camera.
