Camera
The Mavic 2 Pro comes equipped with the all-new Hasselblad L1D-20c camera. The brand new 1-inch CMOS sensor has an active sensing area four times more effective than the original Mavic Pro. The large sensor also means better performance in low-light environments with a more extensive ISO range, and max ISO lifted from 3200 to 12800. The brand new 1-inch CMOS sensor has an active sensing area four times more effective than the original Mavic Pro, capturing more information in every pixel for better dynamic range, signal-to-noise ration, and low-light performance.
Color and Video
With 4K 10-bit HDR support, the Mavic 2 Pro can be plugged into a 4K TV with HLG and immediately play back footage with right color tones, including brighter highlights and increased contrast. 10-bit Dlog-M color profile yields higher dynamic range for more flexibility in the grading room. An f/2.8-f/11 adjustable aperture gives you more flexibility in handling different light conditions.
Obstacle Sensing
Mavic 2 Pro sports obstacle sensors on all aircraft sides. Its Advanced Pilot Assistance Systems allow the aircraft to actively avoid obstacles in front and behind it. Additionally, a bottom auxiliary light for low-light conditions assist the downward sensors for further accuracy.
ActiveTrack 2.0
With the improvements of both hardware and software, ActievTrack 2.0 gives you a great tracking experience at a whole new level. Now the Mavic 2 maps a 3D view of the environment through the main camera and forward dual vision sensors for greater recognition. Trajectory prediction algorithms help to maintain tracking when your subject is temporarily blocked by obstruction. The drone can also track fast moving objects like cars and boats at speeds of up to 72 kph.
