Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. High quality soundsVery light weight that’s I love. Can bring it to everywhere, fit perfectly in my tote/bag/backpack. The sounds is great! It’s almost noise canceling- you can still hear stuff but it sounds muffled. And the charge is amazing too. Love it!

They are also helpful for my son who has Autism who needs to have some protection from outside sounds. He can listen to something he wants to and keep the loudness outside, out.

Everything about it is great, except....You can't connect this to any Playstation. Which makes NO sense since it's BY THE SAME COMPANY. Please. If the sony tv remotes can activate any Sony TV, then you should be able to also use it's headphones. Other than that , GREAT .headphones. One Minor thing is that you can here EVERYBIT of outside ambient noise when using the MIC. It's pretty strange.

Sounds great and built wellLet me just start off by saying that I love Sony products. I have bought many and have never been disappointed. These headphones are no exception. They are feel great but are plastic so be aware of that. Personally, I think that plastic headphones are more durable than the other materials that some higher end headphones are made of. Most importantly though, they sound fantastic. They also have a great battery life. Honestly, I don't think one could find better headphones in this price range.

Excellent sound and quality[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've not used headphones for many years. I've not been a fan of the size and feel on my ears/head. The Sony WH-CH150 changed that. The fit is soft on my ears and it's so light weight it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a helmet. The sound quality is excellent and the range of the bluetooth allows me to move without carrying my phone in the house. The battery life has been exceptional as well. I've gone up to three weeks without having to recharge while wearing them for 20-30 minutes each day. I've used them mostly for listenting to music and sporting events. The couple of times I have used them for calls the microphone is very good and sound is great. I used them with my Japanese team and it really helped isolate the sound making it easier to hear and understand my teammebers who are really non-English speaking.

They are not comfortable to wear for a prolonged time. The cups are just a little too small. Talking on the phone or the computer online is also not very good.

Lightweight, crisp sound, long lasting battery[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned multiple pairs of headphones and these WH-CH510 Wireless Headphones have been my go-to lately.
The simple design with no extra bells and whistles or flashy colors makes them look professional and a great option to use at work or school.
They are very lightweight and not bulky at all. The cushion pads are soft and rest well on my ears, comfortable enough to use for an extended time.
The earcups swivel which makes it easier to pack and carry around.
The pairing process was fast and smooth. Bluetooth connectivity is outstanding, I can be upstairs and my phone downstairs and still be connected without sound being
dropped.
Long lasting battery life, you'll get more than 30hrs of usage per charge. Days go by without having to plug them and when you do, they charge quickly.
Sound is crisp, clear and well balanced. My favorite feature though is the hands free calling, no mumbling or muffled sound on the other end.
Overall, these budget friendly headphones perform just as good as the pricier ones. The great quality and design , long lasting battery and incredible sound makes them a good choice to consider.

Could be better[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get these for my husband who works from home as a software engineer. He is in phone and online meetings constantly throughout the day so I knew these headphones would be great for him to try. They’re smaller than we expected but still comfortable. The sound quality is what isn’t too great. People could hear him perfectly and incoming sounds and voices were great but when he talked, he could hear his own voice echo and if you’ve ever had that happen, you know how distracting it can be. Especially during several work calls and meetings each day.
He does still wear them to listen to music or his favorite sports call in shows but just doesn’t use them to talk to people. So overall, yes they’re comfortable but do have a very noticeable echo so if you want to use them, don’t plan to have many phone calls with them.

Easy Listening[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like listening to music and audio books while I clean, exercise, do gardening, paint and draw, and more.
I have smaller ears, and have always favored the old school padded over the ear type of headphones.
There are so many features that I like about the WH-CH510 Wireless Headphones.
First obviously, the fact that they are wireless and I can connect to my phone or tablet through Bluetooth means the convience of no wires.
Next, I'm a big fan of the extended life battery. I can actually use these on and off throughout the entire day and never have to worry about the battery dying or stopping what I'm doing to charge it.
I do like a good amount of clear bass with my music, and this was a bit less, but besides that feature this set hit ask the marks for me at a super great price and performance level!
The WH-CH510 Wireless Headphones are great for teens or other family members who use headphones like these for working or casual daily use. I love them!

The sound is perfect. It is the perfect amount of treble and bass. They synced up quietly and stayed synced. The battery power lasts a long time. As long as your power them off after use, the battery will last days without charging. I absolutely love the sound quality and the battery life of these headphones

The sound quality was was great, and the volume control is very sensitive. I found it easy to pair these with various different devices, and I’m not great with technology. They were comfortable and easy to adjust. They charged up fairly quickly, and held a charge for several hours. I’ve already bought a couple more pairs for Xmas gifts!
