Returns
Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the damage.

We had an instax mini instant camera before getting this one and have absolutely loved how fun and easy they are! They make events so fun and capture the best moments. This camera, the Instax-Mini 40 Instant Camera is absolutely adorable. We were so happy when we received it in the mail and saw it in person. It looks like vintage which is the theme of our wedding. It is lightweight, but looks like such a heavy duty camera. The picture quality is beautiful and it is so easy to use. I love that you can hand out the photos to others to take home with them the day off. My fiance and I are so so excited for this camera to be out and about at our wedding for the guest book! Looks so classy!

Great Camera!!!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this camera about a month ago and I wanted to make sure that I got some good usage out of it before I wrote this review. First thing, out of the box, the retro style camera looks sleek and is made well. After reviewing the instructions and familiarizing myself with the camera I was ready to shoot. I took it to a small family function and we had a blast with this thing. Even the kids had their share of running around with it and it did not disappoint. With the pictures producing on demand it took me back 20 years when I had my fist instant film camera. Picture quality was good. You definitely can not compare it to the high quality resolution we get nowadays but for what it is, it was great. I purchased another one for my youngest daughter and she loves it. She takes it with us wherever we go. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a fun little camera to capture your memories.

This camera is a great throwback. I love the instant satisfaction (or disappointment) of this medium. The camera itself is easy to set up and use.

Fun to Use[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a fun classic, I'm sure most people my age had one of the older models growing up. Now, the new generation gets it's own version to enjoy. It works pretty much as expected. Pretty simple point and shoot situation. Pull the lens out to turn on, focus on your subject, push the button to take the photo and viola. The counter on the back let's you know how much film you have left. The photo slides out of the side as expected and that's that. Fun, compact size and simple to use.

I also had a mini fujifilm when I was younger so I was really excited for this camera! I love the look, it’s plastic but looks great! It’s sleek and lightweight. I was also happy it came with a wrist strap. This camera is super easy to use and even has a little mirror on the front to do selfie mode! Instant pictures you can hang up is the best part about this camera and was a huge hit with my toddler! Would highly recommend!

It’s super easy to add film to and the quality of the pictures is great! I like how the camera is lightweight so it’s easy to put in my bag when I leave the house and it doesn’t feel like I’m carrying a massive camera around. The selfie mirror on the front is also a great feature, making it so you know what is in the frame. My kids also enjoy using the camera. I love the vintage look of it too.

The only downside that I have noticed is that the film sheets can be costly, but it's all worth it to have high quality pictures that will last a lifetime. 9/10 would buy again.

Such nostalgic fun!![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Instax Mini 40 instant camera really brings back a sense of nostalgia for me. I reminds me of a time when I was younger and thing were more simple. I love the retro aesthetic of this camera. Set up is as simple as installing batteries and a film cartridge. I was confused about the selfie mode because I kept seeing the words "selfie mode" when the lens expanded, so I thought that was the mode I was in. I finally figure out that those words are to show you that if you pull out the lens even further, selfie mode would be activated. I like that there is a mirror to make sure i get the perfect selfie! The one thing I do not like is that the viewfinder is much higher than the lens, so when you get your subject centered through the viewfinder, it does not come out centered in the photograph. For instance, I took a picture of my dog and when I looked through the viewfinder, I was even with his face and he was looking at the camera. In the actual photo, it looks as if I am below him and he is looking up. That is slightly disappointing, but I suppose I can just keep that in mind when taking photos and always center the subject further down with looking in the view finder. The photos aren't very sharp either, but that gives a true "polaroid" feel to it. Overall, I think this camera is super neat and can see myself using it all the time.

My favorite feature is the little mirror on the front of the camera for taking selfie’s! I also really like how you can take a picture with just a click of a button & the film automatically comes out of the side! It will also tell you how much film you have left in the camera as well! I like to take this camera with me almost everywhere I go! I like having pictures that are in the moment & that I can hold in my hands within a few seconds! Love it! The camera also feels high quality & extremely durable!

It has a flash and selfie mode as well which is pretty convenient! Easy to load the film and the money is worth it. I have used FUJIFILM products in the past and they never disappoint. So cute![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this camera and am loving it already! So easy to use and comes with such clear instructions for initial set up. I love the design of the camera as well. It’s definitely big but it’s A sharp vibe and I definitely attract attention when I use it. The pictures come out in seconds and my kids were so excited to watch it come to life! My only downside was that the shutter button is a little too close to the lens and my finger came into the frame and ruined a precious contact sheet. But now I learned my lesson and couldn’t be happier!

First off, you have to like this type of style to really appreciate it, but if you do, then you'll love it in my opinion. It's really well made and doesn't feel cheap. It's very simple to setup and use. Just be aware that no photo cartridges come in the package and will have to be purchased separately. It has a little mirror in the front to help you center selfies and even a selfie mode for the lens. The photos come out really cool and the colors look nice, too. It does have a flash, however, I was unable to turn it off - so it always flashes. Even low light photos turn out pretty good. With everything digital these days, this is still a really cool way to get your photos printed instantly and even adds some nostalgia. I really love this thing!
