The Ibanez EHB 5-String Guitar sports a unique headless construction with a body that is contoured to offer maximum comfort playability. The chambered lightweight body is perfect for long hours of practising.

Mahogany Body with Panga Panga and Walnut Neck

The guitar features a 9-piece Panga Panga and Walnut neck that offers advanced attack and tight lows combined with more sustain. It features Graphite reinforcement rods that offer strength and stability for a thunderous performance. The beautiful wood grain of Panga Panga delivers a tight low and mid-range in addition to a sharp attack. The guitar boasts of durable stainless steel frets and a poplar burl top. The mahogany body allows it to be lightweight while still producing a warm tone.

The EHB1505S has single-coil Nordstrand Big Split pickups that consist of split coils featuring hum cancelling construction. This helps reduce noise while the hybrid P/J style tone character delivers strong yet balanced tones to suit every playing style.

This EHB model features a vari-mid 3-band EQ that lets you try a large genre of sounds.

The lightweight and strong Ibanez custom headpieces allow strings to be easily set and then be released using a hex wrench.

The model features a MR5HS bridge. Every piece of the bridge is securely attached to the body, one piece at a time to deliver maximum vibration transfer. The saddles are adjustable with a spacing of about 1.5mm. For an even smoother tuning action, the guitar features Teflon washer on each tuner.

Choose to go passive-only if need be. With the EQ bypass control offered by this Ibanez EHB model, you can set precise tonal adjustments. Once you activate the EQ bypass, your treble tone turns into a global tone control for the passive circuit.

The luminescent side dots allow you to play with ease even on dark stages. In the toughest of conditions, the Schaller S-Locks stand indestructible. For ease of moving around and storage, it includes a specially designed gig bag.

The EHB’s headless construction and slightly slanted body enable the player to stay in a comfortable style regardless whether he or she is standing or seated. The chambered body makes it lightweight while the slant allows for a more comfortable grip. For ease of access to the upper fret, the guitar features an extra carving on the back of the body behind the lower horn. It even includes a detachable finger ramp for finger picking comfortably.
