Nikon's AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8G ED is an advanced standard zoom lens ideally suited for general photography, thanks to its wide-angle to portrait perspectives. While specially designed for incredible edge-to-edge sharpness on the Nikon full-frame FX format, it provides the 35mm focal length equivalence of 36-105mm on DX-format cameras. Super Integrated Coating

The Nikon anti-reflective coating is an optical design feature which ensures superior clarity and image brilliance, even in poor or unfavorable lighting conditions. Nikon applies the anti-reflective coating through a special process, layering the lens surface in order to substantially reduce unwanted flare or ghosting.
