Blackmagic Design Mini Converter SDI Distribution
With the Blackmagic Design SDI Distribution Amplifier Mini Converter, you can distribute a single SD or HD‑SDI connection to up to 8 different SDI outputs. It features automatic switching between all SD and HD formats up to 1080p60. The converter also supports all ASI, ancillary, and embedded audio formats.
Supported Formats
The converter supports a vareity of video standards including, NTSC, PAL, 1080i / 59.94, 1080i / 50, 1080psf / 23.98, 1080psf / 24, 720p / 59.94 and 720p / 50, additionally new formats can be added via USB. The SDI distribution provides 8 re-clock outputs and automatic switching between all SD and HD formats. It can be connected to multiple devices at the same time.
Single Redundant Input
The mini converter's single redundant input is ideal for tasks like broadcasting or live events. The converter automatically switches between high definition and standard definition video formats, when the video input changes.
