Digital Lens Optimizer

This feature is usable for both shooting as well as developing RAW data, and does not affect continuous shooting speeds. Lens data from compatible EF and EF-S lenses is built into the camera, while the data information from RF lenses can be easily transferred instantly through the camera’s 12-pin communication system.
High-Speed Focusing in Approximately 0.05 Seconds
The camera uses a highly-responsive Dual Pixel CMOS AF system that can deliver sharp focus within approximately 0.05 seconds. The EOS RP Camera’s 3-inch Clear View LCD II Vari-angle Touchscreen LCD that offers up to 1.04MP resolution with seven adjustable brightness levels. It helps compose and shoot from virtually any angle, making selfies simple and enabling the LCD to fold away when not in use. The brightness of the EVF and the LCD monitor can even be adjusted individually. The touchscreen lets you frame shots, review photos, and select AF points.
