Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.

You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days.

If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.

Rated 3 out of 5 by .0.00 from Mini2 I like the idea of the mini2 and it has a quality that if working properly would be all you need to use for navigation. I was not able to locate water sources for a well traveled trail and I do not believe it was intended to be a program from the 80s that is almost impossible to use.. It should be a simple download the correct navigation files and go a 10 minute command. I spent two week setting up and have no confidence in using the product as a navigation device or emergency response. It seems that it is reliant on the Google network to work properly and if the Google product would only work how it is intended to work Garmin would be obsolete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by regorm from Somewhat on the fence with messaging Sending messages other than presets is a pain, somewhat old fashioned - like doing so over an old flip phone. Have experienced a considerable time lag (hours) in receiving presets even with open skies. Not good on an emergency.

I was disappointed to learn that Garmin requires the purchase of an entirely separate account with its own monthly fees for each device. There’s no ability to add additional devices to your plan (unless you deactivate the initial device). They should have some sort of family plan. I returned the device.

The coordinates and navigation are very accurate. Having it really puts my mind at ease knowing my loved ones and help can be reached easily if needed. Highly recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by G3939 from Interface is impossible Its a nice small package but unless you use your cell, it's impossible to write and send a message. Horrible interface. Even the preset massages are hard to send. Creates a dependency on you cell phone which defeats the purpose.

It was nice having the peace of mind knowing that if needed I could reach out to someone for help or they could contact me if needed. The only complaint I would have for this device is more related to the service plans. I won’t be using it every month and wish I could suspend the service in the off times without fees.
